Paul Domorski was named president and CEO of EMS Technologies in June 2006. Until he accepted this position, Domorski, 49, had served since 2003 as Vice President of Avaya Inc. (NYSE - AV). Other successful management efforts include two years, first as President and CEO and then as a consultant, with RSL Communications, Ltd. during its restructuring, and three years as President of British Telecom Syncordia Solutions, a combined products/services outsourcing and solution provider that he organized from other British Telecom businesses.

  • EMS Defense & Space Systems – formerly EMS Space & Technology/Atlanta, develops advanced technology hardware for military and space applications, including providing commercial and military customers with critical subsystems and components for terrestrial, airborne and space-based communication, radar and electronic warfare systems.
  • EMS SATCOM – specializes in the design and development of satellite-based terminals and antennas for the aeronautical, land-mobile, maritime and search-and-rescue markets.
  • LXE – improves supply chain performance by applying over 35 years' experience developing wireless products and solutions – including rugged mobile computers, advanced auto-ID technologies and wireless network infrastructure.

In the Defense arena, we serve first and second tier defense contractors, including BEA Systems, Boeing, Harris, L3, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.

Within supply chain and logistics operations we serve some of the largest, most respected companies in the world, including Caterpillar, APM Terminals, Ford Motor Company, International Truck, Pfizer, Exel Logistics, Georgia Pacific, Quaker Oats, AutoZone, Baxter Healthcare, Cardinal Health, Tyson Foods, SC Johnson, Gillette, Mercury Marine, Motorola, Coors Brewing Co., and Cotsco Wholesale.
